Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging.

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than to inspect)
  • Products that have been damaged
  • Products without original packaging and labels
  • Products that have been assembled in any way

Our collection costs are £249 anywhere in the UK.

What if the item is damaged when it arrives, or I was sent the wrong item?

t is very important that you inspect your order on delivery, because we’ll ask you to sign confirming that it is in good condition. If you’re not happy, let the delivery team know.

Our quality team checks all products to ensure they are to the very best standards before we deliver to you. If we have missed something or sent you something wrong, let us know as soon as possible, just contact us and our team will assess your complaint. We’ll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.

How long will my refund take?

We will process your refund within 7 days of return of the products however different banks and card companies terms vary so please allow up to 10 days for it to reach your account.

Do you offer exchanges?
