At Global Furnitures you can buy our sofas with confidence as all of our frames are guaranteed for a period of ten years from the date of delivery against structural manufacturing defects.

The ten year structural guarantee on our sofas is in addition to Sofa Clubs one year guarantee which covers all of our products against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

• Wear & Tear
• Misuse (Accidental or deliberate)
• Failure to maintain
• Commercial or institutional use
• A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. damp or in direct sunlight.)
• Any item where an alteration has been carried out.
• Clearance/Display products
• Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees.

We have an online-based, dedicated Warranty Team who can assist you with any problems you may have with your product. You can contact them using the form at the bottom of this page. Please provide all relevant information, pictures/ videos of the issues and a description of the problem. All queries will be responded to by our team within 48 hours.

To provide our customers with peace of mind and to demonstrate our commitment to responsible trade, we are a registered full member of Dispute Resolution Ombudsman. The Ombudsman is an independent not-for-profit organisation which raises standards and is approved by the government to provide alternative dispute resolution services. We follow their Code of Practice which provides our customers with additional protection if things go wrong.
